I began the Brunch Clubs because I wanted to bring my recipes to life and showcase how plant-based, gluten free food can be exciting and indulgent too. So I thought, there’s no better way to do this than to Brunch!

I host the Brunch Clubs in Spain as well as in London where I play chef Steph and get busy in the kitchen! With each one I collaborate with experts in the field of health and wellness such as nutritionists, yoga teachers or new innovative brands that I feel align with my ethos. Together we create a day where everybody can sweat a little, eat good food, meet like-minded people and learn something new that might inspire their future healthier self.
