Similar to fruits, I like to eat a variety of vegetables because that’s where you get the most vitamins and nutrients and plenty of fiber! Lots of leafy greens are essential, especially to add to green smoothies, so I always make sure there is some kale or spinach at hand. I’ll always order fresh organic goodness from Riverford when in London, and from Los Hortelanos when in Marbella!
